Building airtightness improvements in the Flemish building stock
During the TightVent-AIVC webinar Building airtightness improvements of the building stock- Analysis of European databases held on 19 January 2021, Maarten De Strycker from the Belgian Construction Certification Association (BCCA) provided an analysis of the of the BCCA airtightness database focusing specifically on the Flemish building stock. Annual statistics (mostly for residential buildings and individual residential units) gathered from 2015 to 2020 were presented in charts, showing the types of buildings tested, the average n50 value (m3/h/m2) throughout the 5 years period, etc.
