Very few countries have national qualification for ductwork airtightness testers. This is the case for France, the Netherlands (for utility buildings), and the USA. And among these countries, this qualification is mandatory only in France, in case the results are used for the Energy Performance calculation or to check compliance with labels’ requirements.
